The training Hotel and Restaurant are places of essential learning activity and work experience. Opened to the public, they enable the students to work in real conditions. Located at Siem Reap, 20 minutes from the Angkor temples by tuk tuk and a 5 minute walk from the town center. By having lunch in our restaurant or staying overnight, you are actively contributing to the Sala Baï training project. You will allow the students to practice and become professional, but you will also help finance their training. At times, your patience may be required, don’t forget, they are still in training! Their smile, their work, their charm is something that you will never forget.

The Restaurant
Although in the traveler’s imagination, fish amok has for years been seen as the emblematic dish of the country, Cambodia has many other colors, smells and flavors that the students of Sala Baï would love to introduce you to.

The Sala Baï training restaurant, together with the training Hotel and Beauty Salon, is an essential learning tool for the school. All meals are prepared and served by students. The fusion cuisine of Sala Baï prepares students for international standards of hospitality and offers a selection of varied dishes (international and Khmer) taking you on an unforgettable culinary journey.
The training restaurant is only open on weekdays for lunch services from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on weekdays (from Monday to Friday). The restaurant is closed during evenings, weekends and public holidays.

The Hotel
Not just a place to stay and enjoy high quality food, Sala Baï Hotel and Restaurant School is a vocational training school for underprivileged young Cambodians. By staying at Sala Baï Hotel, you’ll be contributing directly to the education of students as you’ll be enabling them to practice their newly acquired skills every day in real conditions and you’ll also be financing part of their training.
The hotel features 6 beautifully appointed rooms in the middle of a tropical garden.

The Beauty Salon
The Beauty Salon is the training center of the Beauty Therapy students, nested in Sala Baï Hotel. During a one year training, the 8 students will be trained through 7 months of theory and practise at school and 4 months of internship. Be part of the training!
